Yes, for clients within Texas, we offer flexibility to accommodate your needs. You can typically switch between in-person sessions at our Frisco office and secure virtual therapy sessions based on your schedule, preferences, or specific therapeutic needs. This hybrid approach ensures consistent support while allowing you to choose the modality that works best for you at any given time.

We accept all major credit, debit, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards for payment. While a majority of our clients pay out-of-pocket, we do accept select insurance plans including Sana Benefits, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, UMR, United, Optum, BCBS of Massachusetts, and Quest Behavioral Health. If we don't accept your specific insurance, we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
