    I provide specialized psychotherapy for adults recovering from “adult child” issues, who’ve experienced emotional neglect as children, who struggle with codependency in their relationships, adults with emotionally immature or addicted parents/spouses, friends and family of alcoholics or addicts, highly anxious over achievers/perfectionists, and adults who’ve survived complex family trauma. 

    I utilize a range of methods included but not limited to; Somatic Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Poly Vagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions/Skills Training, Psychoeducation and more.
