At Compassion Works, we offer specialized individual therapy and couples counseling, addressing areas like trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), chronic stress & anxiety, and couples conflict. Our approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method, and Polyvagal Theory. We provide both in-person therapy in Frisco, TX, and secure virtual therapy across Texas.
Individual intake sessions are $210 (50 min), with subsequent individual sessions at $160 (50 min). Couples intake sessions are $220 (50 min), followed by $200 per 50-minute session. We also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs.
While many clients choose out-of-pocket, we accept Sana Benefits, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, UMR, United, Optum, BCBS of Massachusetts, and Quest Behavioral Health. For other providers, we can automatically provide a superbill through our Simple Practice system for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance to verify mental health benefits and reimbursement rates for CPT codes 90837 (sessions) and 90791 (intakes).
